Yuu Ikeda

A butterfly from eight years ago
is weeping on my chest

Wearing scales
dyed in blood,
the butterfly
is wavering silently

Colorless but beautiful tears
mix with moonlight

The butterfly from eight years ago
laments future me,
and is weeping

The uncontrollable sword of time
pierces the butterfly and future me

Let me cry with you
Let me cry with your eternal beauty
